Kira Hishotori was to be an ordinary secretary bird but was chosen by the Almighty to become the perfect assistant and servant. A brilliant opalescent color, her egg was taken to be placed in the Heaven's Task Force (H.T.F.) training program upon hatching. In order to facilitate her usefulness, she was given the ability to rebirth indefinitely and carries memories from her previous lifetimes. Due to her commitment to her duties, she has risen to the prestigious rank of Secretary of Warfare and Diplomacy for the 69th Sector. Her current location of deployment is on Earth.

Terms of Services
Please read the ToS prior to commissioning me. Failure to read the ToS means that I will not accept your commission request.
Payment is due in full via Paypal or Kofi prior to me starting your commissions.
If I am unable to finish your commission or you reach out to me prior to me starting your commission, a full refund is possible. If I have already started your commission, we can discuss a partial refund based on work! I will hold all funds in my account until the work is fully completed and delivered should something come up.
Turn Around Time: 2-8 weeks from start depending on queue. Feel free to ask!
Limit of 3 revisions. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee.
Commissions may not necessarily be done in order depending on my creative inspiration.
Commercial right for use as a vtuber and/or streaming is included in the price for stream asset commissions.
I reserve the right to use the assets for promotion of my works, but I will not provide works to others unless discussed with the commissioner.
You may not use my work other than for personal use, and my work cannot be resold, claimed as your own, or used as an NFT.
